Barbarasul: a high-yielding and lodging-resistant white oat cultivar

ABSTRACT – The white-oat cultivar Barbarasul was developed by the Universidade Federal de Pelotas. It resulted from a cross between UFP18 and CTC5. It is adapted to the soutern region of Brazil, with excellent grain yield potential, short stature and high lodging tolerance.
